No reason to complain, it was dope! The hotel was clean and pleasant with free wi-fi. The room was cheap and heated, the stuff was amicable. Had a fabulous meal in the bar. The place was near a bus station.

Fantastic location in the amazing area, really close to a train station, Bayswater and South Kensington, and the centre, close to the underground station Lancaster Gate as well as to Kensington Garden. So close to Bayswater.

We had an enjoyable stay that met requirements, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location was magnificent, walking distance to restaurants and cafés. There was a garden and a park walking distance to the place. Our room was beautifully presented and well priced and kept fairly clean.

We booked queen room with 3 single beds as well as balconies overlooking Hyde Park. It was new-fashioned and everything was great. The location for London was great and fantastic, so close to underground and Hyde Park, Hyde Park and very nice restaurants and lovely cafes and pubs.

Make sure you stay in the double room with bath. There is a central heating, an electronic key card and TV - that's always a plus. Its location is stunning & brilliant, next to all main tourist attractions, transport and Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

Great location, minutes from Italian Gardens. Found in the shopping area near to Lancaster Gate subway station that's on the Central Line, bus stations and the tube at Lancaster Gate, and park. Super breakfast, modern guest room. Wi-Fi and luggage storage — very useful.
